SUMMARY:Create Glass Pendants
DESCRIPTION:Prerequisite: Maker Orientation (Tuesdays or Thursdays 
 12:30-1pm)\n\nWe clean shop with this super simple workshop for making your 
 own pendants using our glass kiln. We like to use glass frit and the tiny 
 glass shards left over from stained glass workshops that are too small to 
 do anything else with. Think old school colored sand art\, but at the end 
 you put the sand into an oven that reaches 1400 F and melts everything 
 together. Fun! Each attendee gets to make 3 individual glass pendants. 
 \n\nTime is precious\, so please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled in. 
 We'll need to wrap up the workshop by 5:15pm so we can shut down the 
 makerspace in time for 6:00pm.\n\nNote: the kiln will run overnight then 
 attendees can collect their finished pieces the following Monday.
