3D Printing Fun! In-Person
In this workshop, attendees will use Hero Forge 3D to create their own 3D character and then have it 3D printed! We'll introduce the HeroForge software (don't worry it's simple to use), how to download a file, how to set up or "slice" the .stl file for printing, then staff will help get the printers started!
Note: Each 3D print will take a few hours to complete, so we recommend returning the following day to collect your print from the makerspace. The session guarantees the instructor's specialized attention for 1.5 hours, but you may finish earlier depending on your own pace.
Make sure to complete the Maker Orientation before attending! Otherwise, no experience is necessary ;)
